Independence Day!

We had an awesome Fourth of July this year, filled with family, good food, fireworks, red white and blue pancakes, sparklers, summertime play and lots of celebrating!

George, Jennifer and Zachary came to town and stayed with us.  We had a family BBQ here at our home, and were so lucky to have the Curtis clan and mom and dad Reynolds join us all for some delicious food and a swimming party!  That night we all gathered at the Curtis' home for some amazing fireworks.  I wasn't sure how Blake would react to the fireworks this year, but he LOVED them.  He was fascinated!  Here he is holding his sparklers and loving every second of it!

Blake was enthralled with watching the amazing fireworks show that Uncle Kelly and Uncle George put on for our entertainment.
Katelee had a blast playing outside late into the night with cousins and friends.  She enjoyed the fireworks as well, but was mostly interested in playing with glow sticks and playing night games with the crowds of other kids around.
What a fun Fourth of July!

The next day we all gathered at a local church as a Reynolds family for a little reunion.  We enjoyed a wonderful organ recital given by Dad (Paul Reynolds), followed by a yummy lunch and some basketball and visiting.  It was so good to see everyone and make some wonderful memories together!  :)
